Q2: Who are your regular clientele?
A:

As a headwear importer, we sell to distributors, apparel manufacturers, embroidery companies, screen printers, brand name apparel companies, major chain stores, mass merchandise retailers, and buying groups.

Q3: How can I place an order?
A:

Q4: What is the minimum quantity for stock order? Can we order in odd numbers?
A:

The minimum order is 12 caps per style per color. All orders are shipped in multiples of 12.

Q5: What are your office hours?
A:

We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm ET.

Q6: Can I order in bulk, but stock up in your warehouse?
A:

Definitely. We provide storage for customers in our warehouses in Canada & the USA. We also provide multiple-location distribution services for customers.

Q7: What are your delivery lead-time & arrangements?
A:

If orders are placed before 3:00pm ET, we provide same day shipping. Depending on customers’ delivery requirements, our experienced warehouse staff will arrange the delivery of the shipment.

Q8: Do you have a sample kit?
A:

We prefer to provide a tailor-made sample kit that will suit the needs and requirements of individual customer.

Q9: Do you have any pre-booking programs?
A:

It is always advisable for customers to work out a pre-booking program with us should they already have business forecast in the coming months/year.Delivery will be arranged according to the booking schedule.

Q10: Do you have distributors across Canada?
A:

We do have distributors throughout Canada. Please check with our Customer Services Department at 1-800-268-5990 for details.

Q11: What are your payment options?
A:

We accept the following: cash, interac, and credit cards (MC, Visa, A.E). You may also apply for terms by sending in our Credit Application Form. Approval will be processed within 2 – 4 weeks.

Q12: What is your return policy & procedures?
A:

We accept return of merchandise within 30 days of purchase. A 10% restocking charge will be placed on returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from our Customer Services Department. The packing slip should be enclosed with the returning merchandise and the RAN should be clearly marked on the returning shipment.

Q13: Can I ship KNP Headwear from Canada to the United States?
A:

Sorry. Due to U.S. Customs’ Quota requirements between Canada & USA, our merchandise is not allowed to be shipped to US. However, customers may order through our US office.

Q14: Can I order for my US customers? Do you do embroidery in the U.S.?
A:

Yes. You may order for your US customers and merchandise will be shipped from our US warehouse. We can arrange embroidery in the United States or we can direct you to an embroidery company.
